Dr. Deborah Reynolds-Harper
Dr. Deborah Reynolds-Harper is an accomplished professional communicator, entrepreneur, minister, mentor, speaker, educator, and transformational leader whose life and work are grounded in faith, integrity, service, and a passion for developing people.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Communications, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the School of Business and Leadership at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Her professional career spans multiple disciplines, including broadcast television, journalism, television production, anchoring, modeling, education, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. These diverse experiences have given her a unique ability to understand people, communicate effectively, lead organizations, and inspire others to pursue excellence.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Harper’s greatest investment has been in people and family. Alongside her husband of 37 years, she has raised seven children while simultaneously building businesses, investing in real estate, leading ministries, and serving communities both locally and around the world. As a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, her life reflects a deep commitment to faith, family, leadership, and the advancement of God’s purposes throughout the earth.
Dr. Harper is known for leading with integrity, stewardship, faithfulness, compassion, wisdom, and an inclusive leadership style that intentionally considers the needs, potential, and contribution of every individual. She believes that true leadership is not simply about achieving success, but about developing character, cultivating purpose, serving others, and leaving a lasting legacy.
